I blame Arry
"Gareth is a triffic lad"
Bale is such an incredible athlete.
He'll be fit enough to take La Liga by storm
"What I don't understand is why he didn't train all summer, surely RM would want a fit Bale to hit the ground running"
Because he has been injured (as per looklikes' comment) ??
Tis the recent "foot" injury (watch out you Azza lovers) that several have been about.
If you think he's been injured you need a visit to the shrink
its a real shame. but spurs move on. we are bigger than any one player.
if someone so desperately wants out of the club i love then well, fack em.

Or need to sack looklike and get the Reverend Geoff as my personal ITK.
He's just a bloke on the internet, I'm a man of proof rather than faith

To be fair he did say it was for his daughter
Why do you think he added the "A" sign to it when his daughter was born?
It's obvious, he doesn't love Spurs, never has and never will.

Would have loved to have seen him come out before the Dinamo game or at half time to say thanks to the fans!
Won't happen, but you can dream

Yep, me too. He'll be on the first plane to Spain though...
It's unfortunate that people still romanticize football players attitude to the club they're playing for.
Loyalty has long gone in football. There is no "love" for a club as we fans know it.
It's a job to them and they jump at the chance to get one at a better club with better wages...
