They'll still be 'talking' about these deals next summer at the Emirates

Still, they'll have a new manager then so they'll definitely make some signings

I'd hold off the gloating until September 2nd if I were you mate. I've got a feeling that they're gonna spend really big before the deadline. One of Ozil, Di Maria or Benzema in my opinion.... and probably more. There's no way they'd sit idly by whilst we keep strengthening.

We shouldn't be too smug and lets get the job done on the pitch. History should tell us it's best to reserve boasts till when we have actually achieved something. It's great the signings we have made and we have also proved many people wrong that Champions league and stupid salaries is the only way you can attract quality players.

Yoyo Songo and Flamini

"you wanna hope that all these spurs players gel quickly, because if not, some of you are gonna come out of this looking pretty feckin stupid".

Why would people 'look stupid' if players take time to gel .

Players needing time to adapt to their new surroundings and team mates is inevitable.

Those players won't go to Arsenal. There is no chance of them signing any of those 3.

Hopefully Spurs give them a thumping!

Arsenal remain favorites for the NLD.

But - by the end of this season it should be obvious we have an immensely superior group of players.

Maybe but what I'm pleased about is the Back 4/5 has not changed. This is the most important part of a transitional team in my opinion.

Paulinho, Capoue and Dembele have already synched. So arguably the only players to worry about gelling are Lamela and Eriksen. Both in my opinion will be given free/interchangeable roles with our formation.

All in all I'm not that worried.

No one has predicted where we will finish, we're excited about new players, it's not like we're gonna win the league,

That does concern me a lot actually. If all the stuff is to be believed, we've practically got a new starting 11. That's gonna take some time to bed in. it might cost us 4th this year but going forward, i honestly think we need to look beyond 4th with the money we've spent. If they all play to their potential, we could eventually be title challengers.

Absolutely no-one on this board has believed the media hype that we should now be challenging for top 3. We are excited because we have a young, fresh and talented squad that will progress into something even better.
