heres a bit of advice:
everything you do on here e.g. which players you pick, where you play them, the formations used and also the tactics you use. Well do the opposite to what you do on here when managing them. Then you might get some success
also try and actually do tactics for the 6th form games and also show up. i know you like missing games and giving the opposition a walkover but this time you will have real players so they wont want a thrashing

I do hand tactics in for the league's I don't get thrashed every week anyway willy
