I captained a 6 a side team in an xmas tournament.
the organisers were proper 6 a side organisers btw. they told us when we were 15-0 down in 1 game that 18-0 was the record loss. so we just all stood in front of goal trying to prevent them from scoring.
we lost 19-0
yeah and you get really exposed in goal in a 5/6 a side game. you get the blame if any go in as well

We were the opposite. people in my team were too scared to attack incase we'd concede more.
i said to my mates if we do it again forget about how much we lose by and just try and attack. id rather lose 10-3 than 7-0.

my brother played in goal without gloves. his finger got dislocated. its fine now
