Yes, I'm fairly sure Usmanov would force Wenger to spend big.

Last season he more or less called it on the clubs' ambition being nothing more than to qualify for the CL.

The only question is ; is he saying what the fans want to hear, just to get their support?

Wenger is a worn out old relic from the last century. I know I may be of his age group, but at least I try to keep up with the modern world, Wenger is just stuck in a time warp.
