if we beat them and then go out and sign 3 or 4 top playesr it will be so sweet
If we win the league and arsenal get relegated it will be so sweet.
As for signings nobody good wants to play for arsenal stick to freebies. I hear Carlton Cole is available
its brilliant by spurs.
theres no pressure on them. They are now a team in transition in a positive way.
Arsenal could beat spurs and it wouldn't surprise, cos they have a more settled team.
but the shift in North London is almost complete.
unless Arsenal reinforce, they gonna be in the shadow of spurs...
^^^ thats a big IF tho & doubtful we will sign 3/4 top players its too late for other clubs to get a replacement in.
Great conspiracy theory...
Essentially though if true, it would confirm that arsen and his gang dont have a plan B....
and i hope we would be doing the same thing to them
don't buy it, we have had the entire window to bring in players and what's it, the only players in the world of note and worth buying are at Real Madrid, utter BS.
spurs have done well. and to think AW could have had the monkey man, he must be stroking his Caterpillar coat in sympathy at the moment !
which real players? all the good ones have said their staying put
Bigger power shift going on in Manchester you should worry about. At least spurs haven't finished above us for ages and ages. Unlike city.
the only signing we will make from Real Madrid is getting our groundsman back thats it, why would top players leave to play for a club like ours.

you do realise that spurtz haven't won the league since the sixties
or have you only been following football for the last 12minutes?

problem with that is even if city finish above us the odd year we will still finish no worse than maybe 3rd, if spurs are above you just once its bye bye cl and a downward spiral
It is that time of the season again. Predictions of Arsenals demise and Spurs rise to power. Same story every year, but same dramatic plot twist as the power shift fails to materialise.
Essentially though if true, it would confirm that arsen and his gang dont have a plan B....

Do we have a plan A
Well not really the power shift has already happened. Arsenal had it all their own way for years and spurs we no threat. Like it or not now we are and while you can still claim to be the better team its by the skin of your teeth where as before you were miles better than us. So there has been a shift in power right now arsenal have a tiny bit more, maybe this season we can finally hold the bigger majority.

What planet are you on? Last time i checked Spurs finishing above Arsenal The Prime Minister of England was John Major.
Spurs had the best player in the PL and World's most expensive player in their team and still FAILED consecutively finished below Arsenal. You are actually worse off without Bale, and all your host of signings will not change a thing, except maybe get you to the knock out stages of Europa, again!
@ anti stan, you keep telling yourself that we have not improved as a squad and team you can only wish of a transfer window for Arsenal that spurs have had this aummer
"the power shift has already happened"
Yes, by finishing below us for 17 odd years or whatever, you have really turned the tables.
Did you actually finish reading the post or did you just read the first sentence.
Read it all my friend and agree in principle, but a poor first line. Maybe 'Power Fluctuation'?
Certainly and undeniably the difference between the two clubs in terms of points total's, has decreased to almost nothing...
Remember St Totterings day and what it meant?
That was the day we couldnt finish above you and you had a hatfull of games to spare. Well its a thing of the past as seems to come down to the last game of the season. but no the gap hasnt closed has it
It's true, two seasons on the trot the sole difference has been a Laurent Koscielny goal just after half-time. I can't see us scraping it this year unless we pull out some really major signings in next 24 hours or so.
