Wenger has been seen leaving his office after he managed to acquire the services of Ozil.
Ornstein and Cross say we're not signing Ba

Fair enough. Still need a striker though.
That's it from Wenger for the next 5 years.
LIVERPOOL UPDATE: News from Anfield, where Brendan Rodgers says that is pretty much that for this window: he has indicated that Liverpool’s transfer business is done -- barring a possible late move for Shay Given. Rodgers got his major deadline-day business done early, with the signings of Tiago Ilori, Mamadou Sakho and Victor Moses completed before lunchtime. Ilori, 20, joined from Sporting Lisbon for £7 million, fellow defender Sakho, 23, signed from Paris Saint-Germain in a £12 million deal and winger Moses, 22, arrived on a season’s loan from Chelsea.
Wenger now has £70m to spend every year!
2005:
BENDTNER LATEST
Nicklas Bendtner
Here's a man we've not mentioned yet this afternoon - Arsenal misfit Nicklas Bendtner. He spent last season on loan with Juventus but may be off to slightly less glamorous surroundings this year.
Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has just told Sky Sports News that the Eagles are hopeful of luring the big Dane.
He said: "We're waiting to hear. I think it all depends on whether Arsenal get someone in or not. We've got contingencies in place, but hopefully we can get it done."
----
Interesting. Bendtner could be used by Arsenal.
tiki are you starting this again?
CHELSEA/ARSENAL UPDATE: The mooted move by Arsenal to bring in Blues striker Demba Ba on loan is OFF, the BBC says. It reports that Chelsea do not want to loan Ba to a Premier league rival.
Tiki's just upset because we're getting Mata.

Arsenal are currently writing the statement for Ozil's announcement. [Telegraph] #AFC
Yet they sold.and loaned sturridge and Moses to Liverpool. Idiotic mugs.
Chelsea viewing us as rivals
Hand him over, Jose you We'll take Mata too while you're at it.
Which striker we can still go after? Long?
But Liverpool are not rivals with Chelsea.
Obviously they don't think they can catch us at the top of the league. Battling it out for 4th with the rest.
