Do you think there could have been possible legal issues if Moyes triggered Fellainis buyout clause as Moyes had insider information.
If not then I can't really think of a valid reason for not going for it earlier. Someone has something to answer for there.
Overall I am actually happy with these signings, Manutd have a massive squad, we won last season without much of a midfield, Hopefully Nani, Young, Valencia can show a bit of form this season and actually stay fit/not injuried, I am not worried, some of our fans need to relax its kinda sad to see honestly.

buyout clauses are supposedly only secret in England
everywhere else it's just a publicly available poison pill to put off buyers or get OTT money
It will sure toughen up the midfield..aerial also!
