Frankly I don't give a rats arsè, as long as he keeps scoring.
I've got no problem with him trying a shot..he's a bloody striker. I do the same myself. What is important is that he finds that balance between taking the responsibility to shoot and passing. He's managed it well so far
And AVB cost himself his own job as soon as he lost the dressing room. Bit of a silly comment to make saying it was Sturridge's fault.
Actually he cost AVB job at Chelsea.

Hmmm.. to that comment.
He just needs to find the balance. He's doing good so far
Look at Welbeck. He's on the opposite end of the scale. Too obsessed with "playing for the team" he's got this shameful record in front of goal. No matter how good of a position he's in, he'll pass it backwards or end up doing a rabona to the opposition.
And AVB lost his job when he took out an in form Sturridge out of the team..
Sturridge said after the match that he didn't want to work his foot too much as he was going into the match with an injury. Just as well that he scored with his head.
last match he should have shot and tried to set up someone behind him instead
sorry, but I think you're just seeing something that's not there
Actually he cost AVB job at Chelsea.
Wtf he was one of the most consistent players under avb at Chelsea plenty of things cost avb his job but studge wasn't one of them
Actually he cost AVB job at Chelsea.
Danny
I just saw his goal was offside.
Some people like to be controversial for the sake of it.
You can't seriously be criticising Danny for having the confidence to shoot?! His record for us has been top class and I include assists when I say that.
As for costing AVB his job - insane.
BIscan's todge was always offside
Sturridge has always would always be a selfish player but that single-mindedness often makes for a ruthless player and game-changer. He's proven he can finish so he can do no wrong at the moment.
He cost AVB his job???
Sorry but if AVB had played Sturidge up front instead of pushing him out wide, maybe he'd still have his job!
In a modern game a striker has many roles including but not limited to scoring goals, holding the ball, bringing others into play, winning the ball back and even defending. We have seen teams like Spain and Chelsea played without a striker.
Cost AVB his job? Don't be stupid. He was one of AVB's best player and said he'll always be greatful for the chances AVB have him.

Studge does all these things
Sturridge has a sweet shot. He won the last game for us with one of those....
Not comparing the 2.... But it's like shooting at Messi for dribbling.
Or Bale for diving.
If you are good at it. Exploit it
