You think?
His link up has been decent. However his movement has been pretty non-existent.
Ok sorry about the movement comment.
His movement is very similar to Girouds. Total rubbish. However, our donkey does hold up the ball well and the benefit of a pretty decent midfield to set up chances for him.
I'd suggest Sherwood play a lot more of Eriksen and Lamela, and less of Dembele and Paulinho and Lennon.
Agree Edin.
Think his poor forward movement stems from a desperation to be involved though. If he was more confident I think you'd see him more playing off the last man, even if it means not seeing the ball for 5 minutes at times, than dropping deep to help out.

Really? He get himself into the right position but still manage to miss the un-missable. I think confidence plays a key part.
But it is also a catch 22. THAT miss on Thursday will no do him good, that's for sure
I like Lennon
I do think there is a quality player to be found in Soldado, I just don't know if I wanna take the risk with him.
We did, however, play better with 2 up front than we have with 1. Probably because Eriksen played though.

The worry thing about you guys is that Ade form reversed back to "normal".
He was very poor yesterday and his first touch was very amateurish
I dont mind him having a bad game every now and then though. The bloke has contributed to something like 50+% of our goals since Sherwood has come in.
Maybe someone else will step up for a change.
