No carrick. but welbeck is in. Sums up english football.

Indeed, I think Carrick deserves a place in the team over Gerrard or Lampard

Gerrard

God can you imagine the game plan.

Launch it to Ricky please lamps and Gerrard. Jack you create. Welbeck I want a real shift out there. Theo keep running in behind. Full backs support, but not too ,much, let's keep our defensive shape.

At least the worlds most defensive wingers not there, milner.

That front 6 is just six players, no cohesion.

Should win this match even without Gerrard playing... shouldn't need his experience to win this match.

Is Johnson injured? I'd far prefer him over Walker, Walker had an absolute mare in his last game or 2 for England!

Also, said it multiple times, it's quite depressing that we've gone from Ferdinand and Terry to Cahill and Jags

That midfield looks so slow.

Jenkinson > Walker

I'd have played

Forster
Jenkinson Smalling Jagielka Gibbs
Carrick Wilshere
Walcott Lallana Ince
Lambert

Are we going into another tournament with lamps and Gerrard??

Or Rodriguez instead of lambert.

Someone needs to injure Lamps and Gerrard before the next tournament to stop them from going.

Though in saying that, Gerrard has been arguably our best player in the last 2 tournaments.

Weve won over 60% of games they started together and only lost 7

Even as a LFC fan I agree it's time we have to be looking at longer term solutions to Gerrard and co otherwise we are screwed.

Whoever plays I'll behind them and the team 100% though. Can't stand those "fans" that whinge non stop about how poor the team is now, how about getting behind the team and trying to change that?

For now though the priority is to getting to the World Cup, and if we avoid defeat in Ukraine on tuesday night i'm certain we will, so maybe Gerrard and Lampards experience will be useful to make sure we aren't defeated.

If we don't qualify, will Roy be sacked? And if he is, who do we get in instead?

Do we still want 'arry after seeing what has happened with QPR?

Someone young and passionate, preferably English as well. Cant really think of who though.

Get Mancini in to manage England, he'll make us more solid at the back and he played decent football with City

WHY THE FACK IS STURRIDGE INJURED?

posted on 6/9/13

God our strikers our pathetic, can't wait for Chuba Akpom to save us in a few years.

Also can't wait until Redmond breaks into the first team, he's a much better version of Andross Townsend.

Suso here's a better stat; we've never outplayed a good side with lamps and Gerrard.
