Suarez-Coutinho-Sturridge-Moses
That's potentially the best attacking quartet in the league. At the back Sakho will be huge signing, this guy is exactly the type of powerhouse CB that needs to partner Agger!

Watched ARGO last night. Now I understand your name

Suarez is a magic player. So exciting, can't wait for his return.

Wish people would stop dropping henderson from the attacking quartet in their line ups..

Hes been quality this year and will make a larger contribution than moses in my opinion.

Wish we had a player with his technical attributes. Much as a I hate him, he's a brilliant footballer.

Could be one of the PL greats if he got his head down and focused.

He is an outstanding talent.

Just as well, because a fair few of those goals had players in "better" positions that he "should" have passed to.
I know he scored them, but if he has a dip in form and starts missing those, he will get slaughtered for it, and rightly so.

his head is down and focused

not sure what that means

Think he means if he stays out of trouble and is only in the news for the right reasons.

don't see how that would make him any more/less of a goal threat while playing but anyway

If he didn't talk to journalists he'd get 40,000,001 goals instead of 30.

that's a lot of goals

That's how much of a ass he's been apparently.

Suarez

When he's talking he's not playing football and thus scores less. I don't see why it's taken so long for us to work this out.

he needs to stop giving interviews when stevie is trying to pick out his run

it's infuriating

Him doing that body language thing cost us at least 10 points.

I agree completely. Moses can be a sub or used as and when Henderson starts to fatigue.

Sturridge is the best striker in the league at the moment.
Coutinho is the best playmaker in the league at the moment.
Suarez was the best player in the league last season.

Yeah we should score some goals.

posted on 8/9/13

People need to understand Coutinho will play WF much more than AM this season meaning Moses or Aspas won't be first choice.

posted on 8/9/13

Coutinho will play the middle of the 3 in a 4-2-3-1 with Studge up top

Suarez takes one of the wide forward spots and the last one is up for grabs

Henderson is making a strong case to keep the right side. Moses or Aspas are going to need to show something special to shift him IMO

Henderson starts to fatigue.

-----------

Henderson fatigue?

He runs like Forrest Gump.

Henderson has done nothing wrong, but I think Moses could do well for us, especially against teams at Anfield who like to shut up shop, Hendo's energy will be required if the bigger games I think and tricky away games.

There is absolutely no way Henderson should be dropped right now. Ok so he is not the classiest and most entertaining player in the team, but in my opinion we would not have got three out of three so far without him in the team.

His energy is invaluable for us. He closes down the space for the opponents to help stem their attacks, he keeps the ball moving for us better than Lucas and Gerrard at the moment, makes fantastic late runs into the box, has been very unlucky to not have scored a couple so far this season and above all his head hasn't dropped once as it has before. Take Henderson out of the team at the moment, and we will have holes all over the midfield. He is finally becoming the player that some of knew he could be, and will only get better.

He will never be as good as Gerrard, but looking like a more than adequate long term replacement for us and England once he adds the goals he has in him on a regular basis.

Sturidge and Mingolet have had the plaudits for us so far, but for me Henderson has been our player of the season so far.

Henderson stepping up to the Kuyt role.

He does run like forest gump but even he got shot in the ass!

Eventually he will need to be rotated but the lad has worked hard and more than earned his place in the first team.

I was a doubter at first but I can happily say he has more than come good.

There is no first team.

I don't know why people can't get their heads round this.

We have a squad, and in certain games different players will be used.

Probably against the better teams when we need to he a bit more circumspect and pick our chances then Hendo will be used.

Probably against the weaker teams when we have most of the ball and do a lot of attacking then Moses/Aspas will be used.

Only probably Mignolet, Gerrard, Lucas and Sturridge are what I would call guarantees. The rest are up for rotation as and when. Maybe Johnson too although only because Kelly is made of glass.
