Can we compete and play for the PL League title?
Too really compete we need a world class striker to have options upfront. We failed so far.
Secondly we need to avoid injuries. Poldi and Ox injuries are longterm which is a disaster because we lack depths and options.
So all in all I dont think we can win the title.
Lastly I know Marica from the Bundesliga. Earlier he played for Stuttgart and he was one of their best strikers there. Mobile and pacey. At Schalke it didnt work well for him. If we can have him for "pay per games" I really do think we should try it.
Strengthen with top class players that is. Someone in the ilk of Suarez if he throws another hissy and Liverpool are struggling.
Swarley, I'd like to believe so. Changing transfer policy to sign Özil, it seems like Arsenal are wanting to strengthen.
Who knows, it was rumoured before Falcao signed for Monaco that he'll play there till Jan and then move to Real Madrid. But with Madrid spending so much this summer this may not be possible, then again this is Real Madrid we are talking about....
Suarez situation of course, again that could be a possibility if Liverpool don't look that good.

Another problem in Jan is players being cup tied in Champs league. If a player we want is cup tied and we're still in it would we make a move, and if we're knocked out the player we want's team are through to knock out would they sell/ him want to move. Not to sure how often these transfers have occurred so don't know how rare this is.
Giroud rarely gets injured, he can play all pl and cl games no problem, put sanogo/bendtner in cup games.

Our midfield is great attacking wise. defensively not so great. arteta is our only real defensive midfielder and even he isnt actually a dm.
dont say flamini. i dont count that useless pointless panic buy to please the fans. desperate signing and also a backwards signing which will certainly backfire on the club
For a panic buy he did well against Spurs.

how can you guys be satisfied with it. ozil is an ambitious signing,. this 1 isnt. if any other top club signed him he'd barely get a look in. even at liverpool
