The Official Mayweather vs Alvarez Fight

Canelo is defo no beast, he is a bit shorter and shorter reach. However he had the bigger natural robustness. Mayweather has been rocked b4, but survived. IMO his fight vs Judah was a harder fight as was his corralles fight...but he fond a way to close the show.

I posted earlier that Floyd may lose on a contraversial split, then get a big payday against Manny in a redemption match.

Anywhoo, Floyd by unanimous decision or Canelo dodgy split.

Chambers where is ur prediction coming from mate? Not saying ur wrong but would like to see if its based on something solid.

He supports Liverpool so that explains it. I got a feeling Garcia will win but hope I am wrong.

Better opponents?KhanJudahHelp me out here

Who on earth has Matthysse beaten? He beat a ex dope cheat in Peterson and then all of a sudden he has become world class?

Garcia has won world titles the hard way and is not one dimensional like Matthyse.

You were being serious, no doubt.

Stop trying to make out that Matthysse is stepping up in level, he isn't.

He is much more experience than Garcia at this level and Danny is going to find this out the hard way.

Alvarez's natural weight is supermiddleweight so he will go up to that at the time of the fight. I can't see Mayweather doing the same

Ricky Hatton used to come in at around 160lbs mark, didn't help him much did it.

any links yet or do we have to wait till fight time

Alvarez is a different fighter to Hatton.. He's a much better boxer.

He is not a huge puncher though.

Mosley thinks Alvarez and Mayweather have similar power.

Seriously can't wait for the two title fights Hi.

Erm Hatton never went up to 160. Was around 152-154. Marquez, Hatton, De La Hoya all common opponents all said Mayweather beats Pacquiao but that doesn't stop you saying Pacquiao will destroy him.

Not a huge puncher?

71% knockout rate would suggest otherwise

posted on 15/9/13

His record is very padded.

Mosley has been in with Mayweather, Alvarez and Pacquiao.

He says Pacquiao is a monster puncher, and Alvarez and Mayweather have decent power and are on the same level.

Canelo's definitely a bigger puncher than Floyd but I agree, he's not a Golovkin, Matthysse or even Keith Thurman.

He's more on Garcia's level in terms of punching power imo
