Tidy

Do you want the truth or something beautiful?
I can be what you want me to be.

Not only a Paloma Faith lyric, but a game I often play with Theatre Boy.

You're a fat middle aged man who has a cat, aren't you?

JH

That's very funny - if just a little hurtful - like when the tutor on my creative writing course said 'you write so fluently, it really is a pity you have nothing at all worth saying.'

In fact, I admit one component of your shot-in-the-dark description of me is true. I like a man with perception.

Mavis, why didn't your mother just call you Tracey or Tracy instead of Stacey? She could have gone for Spacey (Sp-encer Tr-acey) (you can see what I did there) but then everyone would just call you Kevin for short.
Anyway, you are definitely Uncle Herbert, and you are herewith filtered.

As it's much too early in the season to be talking about must-win games, Sunderland is a game we could really do with winning. Or at least not losing.

150% correct aries.

A 'must win' game is a Pompey 2005 or Palace 2002. It's 4 games in fgs.

With the run in coming up after, it's deffo a game we should be looking to win, as we may not see many more points for a few weeks.....but deffo not a must win.

If we do fail to win though, the negativity will be somewhat unbearable.

I hope to come back to an Albion win.

Uncle Herbert

Does he even still post?

I haven't ventured onto the Wo1ve5 board in many moons. Way too far down on my computer screen. They're so irrelevant now I couldn't even tell you who plays for them, how their seasons going or who's coach they've bricked this week.

I actually liked Uncle H though. He was so bitter in every possible way. His constant lies and false reports on WBA only brought that bitterness to a funny level.

Dont forget...he started off as a WBA fan
This is a supposed, older gentleman, with kids. They must be so proud!

Add that to the fact he's never seen a live match in his life

You will Kanga.

Aries,

Who said Sunderland was a 'must win' game? It certainly wasn't me. What I said was 'it's big, big, big' - and on reflection I still think it is, based on what a loss might do to our confidence - not to mention the difficult games coming up.

Anyway, why are you all so mean and cynical? Why can't you just take something at face value once in a while instead of analysing everything?

Stacey, Tracey, Casey, Lacy - a rose by any other name etc., etc.

Oh, well - bye,bye boys - short but sweet - a bit like Theatre Boy - and fun while it lasted - a bit like Villa-Boy.

Wolves vs Walsall tonight.

No wonder Herb hasn't responded yet. He's too busy listening to Franksy and co. on WM.
