What do you like so much about Milner then? Is it simply his workrate or something as everytime I have seen him for club or country he just runs to corner flag and then either hits the full back with his cross or finds absolutely nobody :L
Van Ginkel? Still early days. I believe he will become at the very least. Solid/good midfielder. Whether or not he can become a star is a different thing entirely.
I know what you mean about milner, I would add barry to that aswell, both quality players who are under rated.
TBH Milner is usually deserving off a starting place in the City line up over the bigger more impressive sounding names. Should probably start in the centre for England with Walcott on the right as well.
England's CM is dreadful when you look deep into it! A scary thought for the future when Gerrard/Lampard retire
And yeah Van Winkel that's him haha! Has he played for you yet?
Played last CL match. Did ok but it was his debut and nobody was very good tbf. Aside from Willian who had a decent debut.
Ramsey and Giroud for me.
Ooooh so he has played one home game and lost? He must be rubbish then Just kidding lol what type of midfielder is he? A passer, a tackler, a dribbler or a bit of a jack of all trades maser of none?
I would say everyone is recognising Ramsey and Giroud's talent now else I would've put them in myself GT.
Good tackler, tracks his man extremely well. Good short to medium range passing. Needs to work on long pass and vision. Well maybe just needs to release it quicker. Not really offensive.
i agree with your choices but I would have to say, Giroud and he has made me eat my own words!
Pretty similar to what we have in Flamini then minus the leadership?
Jonafc Cheers lol I questioned Giroud myself but felt we needed to be more creative and give him a second season (his career record shows this) to judge him and he has impressed me so much!! Thing most people don't realise is he has been fantastic, not just his finishing but his hold-up play, defending set-pieces, vision and passing also been top class! I wouldn't like to see him dropped now even if we had signed Suarez! Luis would've had to play wide like he will be forced to at L'pool aswell.
Even though people are starting to notice ramsey's quality I still think just what he contributes is still underrated, he can seriously become one of the top midfielders of this generation
And they said Ozil is Fabregas' replacement! How wrong was they! Our midfield has the potential to be something quite special!! Cazorla aside all our creative players are yet to prime!!
Wilshere by some Arsenal fans at the moment. He adds a lot of momentum to drive the team forwards and does more defensively than people realise. He is also showing signs of being very strong with a few times I've noticed players bounce off him. I think that's why he gets fouled a lot as well, as players cant knock him off the ball. Look out for it if you haven't noticed it and Im sure youll see what I mean.
