Matter of time before they score.
You cant play too deep and hoping for the best. At one point a team like Chelsea will punish you.
Come on Fulham. It'd be hilarious if they got a point or win from this.
If you want to do comparisons Spurtle compare this,
Giroud (£12M) last 4 Premier league games - 4 goals, (open play)
Soldado (£28M) last 4 PL games, 2 goals both Pens.
Jol is running out of time.
Anti
One is new to the Prem as of this season and is still finding his feet, the other is in his second season.
I'm pretty sure Soldado scored more in his first 4 games than Giroud in his first 4 though.
Hold running out of time? For what? Nobody cares about Fulham, perfect place for a footballer to earn money without pressure.

All depends on circumstancies. Giroud didnt have the ideal start. Completely different career compared to all strikers that ever played for Arsenal.

Spot on.
Bang midtable every year except one for the last ten years or so.
New owner. Not impressed by Jol's buying. Already said so in America. Whats the point of accumulating players who are almost in retirement at other clubs with nothing to prove on huge huge wages? Its better to go the Aston Villa way as long as you don't get relegated. You can at least sell one player on to keep you transfer budget going. Look at Swansea, Southampton etc. Going places. Or at least trying to go places. Jol is like Allaydrce/Hughes.
Fulham waiting to concede the second goal.
Fulham need to stop being sh ite!
I'm pretty sure Soldado scored more in his first 4 games than Giroud in his first 4 though.
-----------------------
I'm pretty sure if Giroud was gifted 2 penalties in his first 2 games in England he'd happily accept them
How can a manager really further their career at Fulham, if they take over and finish mid-table then people will just say it is Fulham and you expect that. Unless you do well in a Cup- why would a manager take them over?
Hodgson is maybe an exception, although he flopped at Liverpool and ended up at West Brom (they're about Fulham level anyway!) did well with them and somehow and I still do not understand why he got the England job!
Mark Hughes did a steady job there and what job did he get after it? QPR.
And if Jol leaves Fulham he'll probably go to another team at that level.

Take out the 2 pens and I think Soldado still scores more than Giroud in their first 4 games.
Based on performance/result facing the same team, we are miles better than Chelsea. No doubt Mourinho will park the bus against Arsenal
Its about the whole season not the first game, Spurtle
Are there odds on a certain team finishing above another? I think Arsenal will finish above Chelsea- at least Arsenal have a striker who scores! Giroud would walk into their team and that should worry them given the millions they have spent.
