The Kidders 2-0 The SHAYMEN

Just as I didn't realise how good Town's home form was before Saturday, I also wasn't aware of the shocking away form. Still I feel a lot of that has to do with 's

Kidderminster have won their last 2 home league matches against the Shaymen 1-0, both games decided by an own goal (Cortez Belle and current Town player Ryan Toulson).

The last Town victory away at the Harriers was also a 1-0 victory!

However, I agree with Darn and think their could be a few goals, so will go for a 3-1 scoreline to the Shaymen available at odds of 33/1.

Just as I expected the result to be a home victory because of the 'stats' last Saturday,
The 'stats' would indicate a home win for the Kidders !
Lets hope the 'stats' count for nothing- again - & the Shaymen record their 1st away win of the season.

Ken. do you reckon any hardy souls will venture darn for this one ?

The Shaymen have taken the lead in 3/4 of their away league matches, but Kidderminster are also fast starters at home. Hopefully the away side will strike first and learn from their previous experiences this season to kick on and achieve the 3 points!

Pleased to report FCHT is going to the match. Tough for a lot of fans to commit to a Tuesday night match so far away, still the few that do go should provide a good atmosphere.

There'll be a couple of hundred going down I reckon. They do have some real die hards still.

I'm going to buck the trend. 1-0 to Halifax courtesy of a Kiddy own goal

You've gotta be ......Kidding

Yeah I know mate....shocking. best i can manage at this time of day

How are you Champers
fantastic optimism... and do you know what !
it's rubbed off
Not predicting a score..But I'm going along with a Halifax WIN

Also a good result for Me. My Lad & LV69 !
The Town V Blackerz game is on live darn unda on Saturday morning our time ....so I'll get to see for myself how sUdderz actually play......the All seeing eye , I'll get stuck into Jacko & 38 if they go all doom n gloom & i think town did OK

I'm half surprised Myth doesn't join us for the odd bit of banter on here....he's usually an upbeat kinda guy...

You have to admire those few (even if it is only 1 hundred or so) who follow Halifax through thick & thin...And I'm led to believe they are a bunch of 'comics' with it ...Great fans by any measure.

Go on then Champers
2-3 to the Shaymen , just because both sides have 3 regular scorers.

1st half Summary from FCHT:

"Poor first half from Town, just playing hit and hope. Toulson getting ripped apart at RB by their LM. Their goal was due to Town not pressing and letting Gash turn and shoot and his shot went in off the post."

Hopefully the travelling fans will get something to shout about in the 2nd half, noting the Shaymen have hit the net in every game this season!

Ouch

2-0.....
seems 'Asprin' has got sussed out at this stage.
Poor away record set to continue for tonight at least

Ding dong battle at Gateshead tonight Ken...
We need Chester knackered & also on the back of a defeat....
For the clash at the Shay on Saturday.
1st home game to top 2000 perhaps ? Defo if we had won tonight

1,700 at the Kidders game tonight & they move up to 3rd.
The Shaymen slip to 11th.
Roll on Saturday & a 'Home' fixture

posted on 24/9/13

Oh well.
We'll have to take this one on the chin Ken...
10 shots 'on' for the Kidders to our lowly 3.
& 57%v 43% possession respectively ...maybe we were too optimistic for the 1st away win.

At home & back to winning ways against Chester ????

Chester should bring a decent following on Saturday for the battle of the two promoted clubs. They've not quite adapted to this league, so should be normal service resumed with Town collecting 3 points!

With the other Town on Friday night, Leeds at Millwall (no excuses for me not to be at the Shay ), and the only other "entertainment" in West Yorkshire featuring Bradford City definitely hoping for 2000+

With sHudderz playing Friday night,

is there a possibility that our mate Champers might pop in at the Shay Saturday arvo'
Give your mate 'FC' a nudge for that match report Ken..

"House BOUND" =

Am I letting my imagination run away with itself Champers ?

Not Black bin liners, Car Ariel's & fairy liquid then

posted on 25/9/13

unless either of you want to put a v Chester City thread up....I'll do it Friday afternoon your time

is it me, ??? I can't find 'Chester City' in the non league club list ?

posted on 25/9/13

Yeah I'm happy for you to carry on the match threads, keep up the good work

However, after the recent discovery of no Chester City Maybe they've been liquidated and the 3 points will be awarded to the Shaymen
