When I do player swap deals I always include players from other teams that I wouldn’t use of that they wouldn’t use in order to incentivise them to sell the 1 or 2 I do want.

why the strop? just let ludy foreign off the players or let him and Rf do whatever they find as an acceptable offer, I've never known anyone interfere in a domestic transfer before

No different to me signing other players I don’t want to make a gain
