After the Arsenal and Chelsea games, we all sung his name from WHL all the way back to Kings X. Very good times
Teemu the tiger failed to get in my top 11

i didnt realise Richards was dead!
i was watching the utd comeback on sky the other day where richards scored.
what was it, cancer or something??
how strange is it that richards died on feb 26th and spurs played wolves only 8 days later.

Alfie,Alfie Alfie Alfie, Alfie Conn

Dunc, the game ended 3-3, before the game there was a tribute, very moving
what happend though Thudd, everywhere ive looked just says he lost his battle with a long term illness.
Thudd
Didnt his boys come on the pitch?
I remember it well-ish...
yeah i read his mrs and his 2 sons were on the pitch.
Pav scored a lovely goal that day, was fitting that it ended a draw
I remember back he was out with an ear infection or something, then they found out it was worse
I'm sure after Spurs he went back to Bradford to coach for free? I'm not sure though
Dunc,
Me too. It all seems a bit hush hush. The brain scans come back negative and he had problems with his ears.
Not sure what the fatal reason was.
i hate finding out things like this
Just badly diagnosed by the medical team, not sure if he could have been saved had they found it earlier?
I guess a tumour or melanoma or some such....sad sad time ...
Dean Austin for me....mainly due to being from my home town.....
Was at the game when he broke his leg....never really recovered....
