Loving the demise of Man Utd

Each goal Ramsey scores is another nail in the coffin. I suspect in about April Ramsey will get a hatrick which will prevent Utd getting top four and the start of the demise.

Bayern and Juventus didn't do to bad without a world class striker. Giroud is good enough. Wonder if Sheriff will do another article claiming Moyes is god.

Demise??? What demise?

Until they go a couple of seasons without challenging for trophies and a period of selling their best players they will ALWAYS be a big club at the top of the league.

Even if they go through a lean period trophy-wise, they won't be going anywhere long term. They CAN'T go anywhere long term because they make more money each year than any other team in this country.

They are financially sustainable with a massive global fanbase. If you think they will go 10 years without a trophy like we just have (this run will hopefully end this season) then you are wrong.

City, Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool will go in cycles because their fanbases aren't overwhelming and the amount of money they generate isn't close to the amount United generate.

Either Moyes gets it right or they will move him on, bring in another top manager (United position is a massive pull) and they will splash the revenues they have.

They are TOO rich to not be successful (which is a shame because it would be nice if they could eff off for 20 years and let some other teams win some stuff).

They're closer to 20th than 1st

We're ahead of United after 6 games. Award us the league NOW! Those remaining 32 games and 96 points to fight for are totally useless.

RGK

It's a lot of debt, for a club that doesn't have a revenue of £360m a year with a net profit of £146m.

Their debt is currently estimated at £370m. The value of the club is estimated at anywhere between £1.5-2bn.
Their debt is very sustainable.

Ollie! Ollie! Ollie! Öz Öz Ox #VaVaVoom (U9687),

Your intelligence will be lost on RGK. You're wasting your time.

Apart from WUMs like RGK, I'm pleased for Arsenal tbh (my bro in law is a massive Gooner for his sins -haha). At least they are doing things the proper way.

No one is going to pay 500m for Man Utd let alone 1.5m billion so their "value" doesn't matter. Their club will end up like Liverpool eventually and slide to mid table.

RGK

United have such a huge fanbase in China (heading to be worlds largest economy by far) that they will billionaire fanboys from Asia would will right tooth and nail to buy the club.

"You are only worth what someone is willing to pay for you" is correct. And there are plenty of people willing to pay in excess of £1bn for one of the largest sports franchises in the world.

I am with you though. I hope they do what Liverpool have done (American owners ) and end up running in circles in 6th place for a few seasons.

Luckily Kroenke doesn't look to be destroying us as he is very much supportive of Wenger's intelligent and frugal/financially conservative approach to running a successful football club.

Lets beat Napoli and WBA and then we can spend the international break taking the p... knowing that aren't team can't ruin the festivities for a fortnight.

So called respected we are a far far bigger club than Arsenil

Fine well you know it, we just don't live on your gravy train

posted on 29/9/13

Kroenke hasn't put the debt on our club and taken money out like the Glazers have done which is another plus.

Celtic are not a bigger club than Arsenal. Stop living in cloud cuckoo land. Arsenal are far bigger than you and always will be. Now run off to your sunday league you mug and leave the big boys alone.

posted on 29/9/13

You are nuts. We have a support which dwarfs yours and have won the big cup which the nil will never do

posted on 29/9/13

I see RGK is still as big a pr!ck as he was before the season started then.

No you dont we have the 3rd largest fanbase in the world you clown and we will win the champions league you t!t. Now run along. No one considers you a big club that is why championship standard players play for you.

You are the dumbest person on the internet

How exactly do you calculate the number of fans each team has? Simple answer is, you can't. Nobody knows how many people follow any particular club.

The third highest supported club in the world

The Nil are insignificant and to compare their fan base to Celtic's is like comparing Aldi to Asda

So called Respected you are the runaway winner of fud of the week

Celtic's "worldwide" fanbase is made up of 'Irish' Americans and I R A members.
