Worst start to a season for 23 years. 1989 was the last time we started the season with less points.
He hasn't helped himself with dilly dallying in the window either.
Blatantly obvious Fellaini was not a main target. The fact we got him so late on and paid over the odds suggests to me that he was the fall back option. The panic buy if you will.
He also wanted Baines yet couldn't get him despite the player himself apparently wanting the move according to Stubbs.
He also wasted a month with a pipe dream on Fabregas.
Not been impressed at all so far. He may turn it around but he's showing he's not ready for this job so far.
I think it may get worse for him midweek too. I can see Shaktar beating us.
Never should have got Fellaini, I have more faith in Cleverley and Anderson than I do in him.
I was, and am, happy with the signing of Fellaini. He was one of the best players in the league for me last season. I can't see why he can't replicate that under the same manager.
Moyes definitely does need time, and I think he will get it. Things don't look great at the moment but it's early days and we're only a win behind Man City, who remain most people's title favourites.

His best games came in a position we don't want him to play in.
The only way I could see getting anything decent out of him in a midfield role would be to play him alongside Carrick and one of Cleverley or Anderson. That would mean dropping one of Rooney and RVP, and he's nota good enough player to drop one of them for.
He is so static in the midfield role and as a result teams are strolling past our midfield. Hell, even Carrick looks energetic next to him.
If we lose to Shaktar and Sunderland............
Shakhtar away will be a hell of a tough game especially after that scenario yesterday and the last few display's actually, may well get a 3-0 hammering there.
Anything but victory against Sunderland (for me the worst team in the division right now) then you've got some real problems. If there are a couple more games after that where it's a poor performance without a win, then Moyes must go.
