the only thing offensive about the whole rangers/armed forces/ charity raising debate is that some feel its legitimate to have it in the first place.
imagine there being any such debate about an epl team doing what rangers do?
how have we ended up in a society where rangers are castigated for wanting to reckonise the role the armed forces play? forget the politics. its working class boys putting there lives on the line. young glasgow working class men have allways been the cannon fodder of choice for the armed forces. many glasgow families have got members who serve or have served, my son who is a Celtic fan, like many others who serve their county is currently serving, I'm delighted my club is paying respect for the commitment and sense of duty he and his other serving Celtic fan comrades show, a positive example to all young men.
wtf is wrong when some clubs fans get offended by us doing this? so many Celtic fans and even Celtic players have served with distinction, the only people that should be roundly condemned are those who have a problem with it imo
why is it even up for debate about the motives behind raising cash for these boys when they're had their life's shattered by injury, the only dubious morality here is that we live in a country where doing the right thing is questioned and rangers are openly critisised for doing what is normal in every other country I can think of and in what other country is doing the right thing is seen as point scoring?

I've grown find of Tennents cold in bars recently. I was asked in Elgin to try St Mungos instead if Tennents and really like it. Apparently it's a Glasgow brewed lager.
There only seems to be one person on here who wants it banned
Ah Dos, it wasn't about the actual event, it was the behaviour at the event.
All that effect too eh.
Aye st mungos is good as is west 4.
Both made in Glasgow by west brewery in Glasgow green. It's a great pub!
Who said they wanted it banned?
Why the Teddies keep deviating from the points made?

Some folk oppose the idea of an AF at Rangers, but now you say it was the behaviour at the event.
What happened?
And how do you control the actions of all Celtic fans, while we are debating human behaviour?
