Where's Vertongen's apology?
He went into emergency theatre Biggish after Torres violently and savagely ripped his face off. Dont know if he'll make it yet.

To be fair, he did apologise to the ref. Considering so many professionals are quite happy to dive, I'm quite impressed that he apologised
Torres may have been a tad unlucky to get the 2nd yellow as he didn't catch Vertonghen, but that was not for want of trying to do him. I think Jan was a bit too clever for him to be honest. I thought his challenge on Dembele which led to Vertonghen having to head it was a bit reckless to to be honest - looked like more than a hint of elbow. Then he tried to steam in to jan.
Torres held his head too like he'd been clumped, when he was the one trying to do Jan - who won the ball lets not forget. Fernando got nowhere near it and never realistically had a chance to, his aim was clearly a vicious one
Nobody likes diving, especially not I, and there is no excuse for Vertonghen or Townsend. I don't want to see it. I'd be a hypocrite too.
However I can't make Torres the victim - a spiteful childish attack with his nails is bad enough, but he tried to do a player and got his comeuppance without even the satisfaction of achieving it.
