win / win / situation for khan -- if he wins ( which he wont ) he is instantly elevated to demi god status and the world is his oyster ,
if he loses it will not hurt his reputation one jot because nobody expects him to win and he will still get another title shot eventually --
if khan is smart he will probably try and go the distance with mayweather rather than risking a suicide mission by drawing floyd into a war that would result in his chicken dance routine , hence the bigger paydays down the line if he manages to last the distance with mayweather --
Angel Garcia really got into Khan's head with his verbals and Floyd will destroy Khan when it comes to verbal exchange. Khan needs to be smart and not lose the plot if Floyd upsets him.
If Floyd offers you a fight you have to accept due to the payday, exposure and the opportunity in beating FMJ. Any boxer would be stupid to turn down the offer no matter what stage they are in their career.

Khan can retire off the money he'll make from the lesson he'll receive, although it'll only be loose change in comparison to the P4P king. Khan hasn't got the remedy to beat mayweather, hope he's got a remedy for the dizziness and blurred vision when he can't see mayweather let alone hit him

You can guarantee that^^, funny how canelo lost more rounds than guerrero when people thought canelo was the tougher fight.
People will never be satisfied with what Mayweather achieves. He should just destroy Khan and retire after that, although I think he wants to get to the big 50 (having had a deal in place??)
If Khan gets beat good again, I really do not see how he can be taken seriously anymore.
Why won't he be taken seriously? If the P4P king beats him it will be no shame. If he performs better than FMJ last 2 opponent's his stock will rise further.
A heavy defeat or a KO, would put him at 4 losses, with 2/3 KO's. I personally think after this fight he will fight one of Garcia or Maidaina, and will lose them too. His aim was to be one of the very best boxers in the world, I don't think he is top 10 for his weight class.

KDB - In the US they are not obsessed with fighters loss record. Khan entertains the US public. The damaging defeat was Garcia and I accept that but he's progressed really well however the defeat against Peterson was a shocking home decision and what followed after with Peterson failing a drug test more or less wipes out that defeat.
