Jesus I guess in your mind getting the last word in means youve won owt.
Well done in advance....
"Jesus I guess in your mind getting the last word in means youve won owt."
Is that what they say in the media?
Bayern having a manager every 2 years makes them downright stable in comparison to Chelsea.... They are also far and away the biggest spenders in Germany I don't think anyone outside of the sugar daddy clubs or the big Spanish 2 outspend them.
It really is sad that people think you have to have a manager parking their arris on one seat to have stability in football, it really is.
Not constantly chopping and changing managers will give you more stability, it doesn't exactly take a genius to realise that simple point.
Yes, but couldn't that be the same for other aspects of the club? Captain, owner, even assistant manager.
Look at Arsenal, have about 3000 different owners/shareholders, have to constantly change their captain because they keep leaving, yet apparently their the picture of stability
Owners may or may not, with Arsenal I would say probably not as there hasn't been any major shift in strategy for them despite shares trading hands.
Changing a captain or a player or two isn't exactly a major change either, nowhere near the change you experience under a manager who can come in with a completely different style of play whereas just missing one or two players is something you would have experienced many times throughout previous seasons anyway....
An assistant manager would depend I guess on exactly how much influence the assistant has on your playing style and preparation/training.
Personally I wouldn't want anyone else managing United right now - he is the right man for the job. Second half of the season is when you will see united back to their rampaging best.
Oh dear
