Andros <lovehug> I'm not worried about this result at all as shocking as it was. Avb needs to make a few changes in the line up but we will come back much stronger
Don
Did you go yesterday? it wasn't that we played bad, West Ham just played well, we didn;t create, so much space for Eriksen, but they stifled that in the 2nd half
No I was at work mate so listened on radio. Sounded like 2nd half start we terrorised them and should of really been 2-0 up but these things happen. City lost to newly promoted Cardiff, Liverpool lost at home to Southampton, arsenal get smashed 3-1 at home to villa and we got badly beat by westham. It was a shocking result and I'm livid but I certainly won't go down the fickle knee jerk route like so many supporters on here. I have every confidence we will bounce back and beat villa in a few weeks
We will come back stronger for sure

All good, but consistency would be nice?

Defoe's chance was easier to score, not sure how he missed!
Don't compare Southampton with West Ham Don. That's doing them a disservice as they are the most improved team in the country. They will finish a lot higher than West Ham.
These results do happen. Spurs must put it behind them and move on.
Sounded like 2nd half start we terrorised them

Hollow act if we can't finish!
Killer edge, where are you?
More spurs, we have been consistent though. This was a freak result and that's the reality.
Players would be better served doing it on the pitch, and not spending all their time tweeting, or whatever the fecck they do.
Saints are miles ahead of West Ham, WH will be lucky to finish 10th or higher, just clinical, so annoying as we just didn't turn up,
Next away Europa game leave the big boys at home to rest,

Andros
He seems a really nice lad, I liked that he came out and apologised for diving against Chelsea too.
Ever since the betting thing he's been a different player and person
Next league game I would go like this....
Lloris
Walker. Verts. Chrichis. Rose
Sandro. Paulinho
Lamela. Eriksen. Townsend
Soldado
Don
I would not disagree with that team.
Sandy, I don't think Lamela has been given a fair chance in the league and slowly easing him in for me Dosen't work. These same fans saying it's ok easing him in are the same fans saying Avb was right to keep Friedel in last season for Lloris. I said all along that Lloris should of started and I'm still convinced we would of had more points on board had Lloris started the season. Anyway that was last season and I have the same view with Lamela who I think is a fantastic player that is just finding it a bit difficult to settle. He will only settle properly if you throw him in the deep end and I believe he deserves to be given a chance. He should be starting instead of Sigurdsson in my opinion. Townsend looks our most dangerous player at the moment so he don't deserve to be dropped but Lamela should come on for siggy next game.
Don
Agree completely mate, Spurs wasted the few games last season with Friedel in goal. I would be starting Lamela, Sandro and Chiriches and bringing Soldado back for the next game at Villa. Hopefully Capoue, Kaboul and Rose will also be fit.
I like Sandro in there as we defo missed a ball winner yesterday.
Also, we missed Soldado's guile
I think we should have Sandro and eventually Capoue battling for the same spot, the same goes with Dembele and Paulinho battling for the same spot. We certainly should never play all 3 at the same time unless we have no choice. That just never worked at the start.
Don, what you say may be IMO where the team went wrong yesterday.
In some games, we cannot have Paulinho and Dembele, both going forward type of midfielders, playing together.
Where teams come to camp their bus, we need solid ball winners who protect the defenders.
Also, I don't see what Noughton brings to the team? can someone explain?
Everytime, he went forward, he played back or side pass.
And he was barged off the ball few time too!
Yeh the quicker we get Rose back the better mate.
Naughton is very defensive minded, he hardly got forward all game, he's worried about leaving his position exposed (like Walker did twice)
Not always a bad thing but it makes him look average when in fact he's a solid defender
Lamela was pony when he came on. Did absolutely nothing to warrant a start
