We need a fit wide player

When is the Ox coming back? Cazorla will take wing role freeing up Aaron to take the centre mid again I hope.

on Sanogo, Podolski, Diaby, Oxlade-Chamberlain...
All of them are out for a longer period.

Sanogo

What does longer period mean?

Sanogo is turning out to be shocking business even though it was in a free.

He came with a rep of being the new diaby (injury wise).

As long as we don't have jack and Ramsey on the wings again

Who is Diaby fella people keep mentioning?

-----------

In this context, it means more time.

Hmmm was hoping theo would be fit for Dortmund aswell plus the fact some of our players are still a way off limits who we can play against Chelsea in the league cup

Just shows what the press know, all had theo back for sat or tues. Ah well, can't wait to see Danti and Ozil link up.

Our squad is slowly coming together. Lovely.

We'll have a fully fit squad for Liverpool with a bit of luck

Still need pod back ASAP.

Unfortunately I can't see him playing until the new year

posted on 17/10/13

New year?

He'll be back in 2-3 weeks at the very latest.

posted on 17/10/13

Wasn't pod meant to be initially 3 weeks, then 3 months?

posted on 17/10/13

It was initially 3 weeks, but after having scans the next day, it was 3 months...I don't see the problem?

Podolski will be back late November IMO

Hopefully on Saturday we can see Ozil and Cazorla playing together, but methinks Wenger will want to keep one on the bench just in case

posted on 17/10/13

I think Ozil will start and come off for Santi late on

posted on 17/10/13

Problem is we only have one striker of quality and lack of options out wide.

It is now longer than 3 months and wenger didn't put weeks on it like he did with Walcott

The west brom game summed this up.

It hasn't been more than 3 months...

Just need him back.

Out on the left might not be his preferred position but he has a deadly cross and knows how to finish.

After the Fulham game I was really looking forward to seeing him kick on.

Theo is another, gives us another dimension and should hopefully have a field day with ozil in the team.

Also, giroud plays better when these 2 are in the team, especially Theo.

Just can't bare to watch jack out wide and Ramsey wasted on the other side

Bestie you are not accurate...

One of Jack/Ramsey will play out wide for the forseeable future, unless Wenger decides to give Gnabry another chance.

We really need Walcott back asap we have Liverpool and United in the league approaching and we will require a pacey winger.

posted on 17/10/13

Why not just play rosicky if santi doesn't start out wide even if it means dropping jack.

Surely gnarby will be given a go in Saturday
