stretty,

the whole of europe, only one team has conceded less goals than soton (2) before the united match, and that was roma with 1. bayern had 3.

if that's not a good team i don't know what is.

Well Moyes surely can't be this bad. Everton managed to achieve decent league positions during his time.

At Utd and with a better squad he should be able to finish higher...possibly not below 4th place. However, I still do not agree that he may turn out to be the right choice for a club of Utd's stature.

And we can do without plastic gloryhunters like Stretty.

I thought united were unlucky yesterday and not getting much from the refs either too. The none sendi g off on Nani was a joke but that's how it's going at the moment but it will turn and united will go on a decent run. Was in picc last night and many reds were saying the same, were getting there but it's going to take time. Make sure we finish top 4 which they will in the end and try win a cup.......it's frustrating as some of the players look awful at the moment but it will come

I'll happily stay patient, but Macca, what has Moyes done to make you believe he will make a success of this opportunity?

He looks way out of his depth, and that's my opinion which I and everybody else is entitled to. I'm still going to support him and the team, sing his name and be as good a fan as anybody.

Just because I support the club doesn't mean I have to believe we are and will be the best, that's blinkered, everything Moyes has done this far suggests otherwise.

Yesterday 2 shots against the woodwork and a few minutes away from what would have been a very good 3 points against a very good side.
The positives were

van persie scored
Nani is very close to his best form
Januzai is signed up and looking more and more like the real deal
De gea is top class
The back 4 looked solid for most of the game - pity about the set piece

There were negatives of course but I think a picture is starting to appear now with moyes starting 11. He has to look at fellaini so no option but to play him and carrick together. Apart from that it was a positive team selection by moyes.

As long as he considers him an option ahead ofr any midfielder on this team (ingluding giggs, jones and anderson), he is getting it wrong. We paid for a midfielder who is the worst of our bunch of average players. The longer his delay in accepting just how terrible he is, the longer we will suffer these results.

Btw, macca hope you remember the steaming pile of poo rooney laid today and the last few league games when you hail him as "turning the corner".

Giggs and anderson are you having a laugh

They are both finished one because of age and the other because hes NOT GOOD enough.
Fellainis been at the club 2 MONTHS surely he deserves at least half the time anderson has been given before judgement is cast.

Anderson offers far more to our midfield than Fellaini does.

Nothing yes but he needs time to show if he can be a success

Didn't Southampton beat Liverpool at Anfield?

They're a quality pressing side who pretty much outplayed us at OT last season.

So boring the way you single Rooney out

He was doing the work of 3 men at the weekend. If you wanna point a finger, point it at Fellaini or RVP who were both lazy as fek

I think you're the only person on the planet that can't see Roo is getting back to his best. It took 3 Southampton players to mark him at the weekend.
