What's the bigger picture with Moyes?
-
I was talking over a football season. These predictions of our demise is based on 8 games into the season. If you had waited till at least after Christmas to see where we are and make a better judgement, your opinion will at least have legs.
At the end of the day, we have 30 games of a season to go and nobody can tell you how it's going to map out. We could win the league to dropping out the top 8.

There is absolutely no reason why we won't be in the same position after 20 games or 30 games.
the problem arsenal have is that they have peaked to early and wont maintain this form.
-----------------------------------------------------
I dont suppose that crystal ball of yours gives out the winning Euromillions numbers too does it?
2) New Nike deal could be cut from £600m to £400
...
Lol you're just pulling numbers out of a hat.

whilst you actually make a good but extremely exaggerated point. we are 4 points of fourth and only 8 games in to the season.
with our toughest fixtures out of the way. we have 3 easier games coming up - stoke. norwich at home and fulham away
.................................
Remember when we said that after playing chelsea, city and pool?
What happened ?

then we have the arsenal game and im confident we can beat them. the problem arsenal have is that they have peaked to early and wont maintain this form.
their toughest game has been against Bale-less spurs so im not that worried about them until they start beating the likes of us, man city and chelsea and to a lesser extent liverpool.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Since when was Southampton at home and West Brom at home out toughest games?
Southampton are a pretty good team, best team outside of last years top 7. We should be beating them at home but I can't feel we were a little unlucky with the chances we didn't put away and the fact their goal was quite scruffy.
Still too early to judge the table but the results against Southampton and West Brom were certainly disappointing.

I did Hippo - 8 games doesn't start panning out what the rest of the season will be like. Going by the results then:
8 games in: 3 wins, 2 draws and 3 losses.
30 games left: 11 wins, 8 draws 11 losses
This would mean, we would end the season with 52 points and lose 14/38 games. Do you seriously think that will happen?

I did have to laugh at your £600M deal being reduced to £400M....that must just be so awful for you. Especially with all other clubs earning so much more

I see your point, but if you were a businessman and you stood to lose £200m (ish) you wouldn't laugh.

....not so bad after all then?

Obviously not. It's just amusing to me as it probably takes my club 10 years to reach £200M in turnover alone, let alone profit
I still laugh that the guy who signed that deal got sacked as everyone knew it was far too much to pay.
More than enough reasons there for you to go support another team
Lets face it, united have struggled against the big teams so far, struggled against decent sides and struggled against the cannon fodder... namely Sunderland and Palace. Whilst playing some of the worst football the club has played for the best part of sixty years....

What does it matter to you? Who do you support? Every comment from you is a WUM.
What a nonsensical OP- now is when you should be rallying together, the name is supposed to be United, but looking in at your board you are anything but.
It is far too early to rule anyone out of the top four.
I'm not saying that your manager and players are unquestionable, everyone is entitled to question, but this is a ridiculous piece of scaremongering so early in the season.
