Robben didn't play for tactical reasons. Zabaleta didn't play because of (lack of) ability. You know what makes it funny, just over a year ago people were calling Micah Richards world class and there was outrage whenever he was omitted from the England squad. Now nobody even knows who he plays for.

As for the whole world class argument, I rate both Ozil and Cazorla as world class. Some don't rate Cazorla as world class but rate someone like Silva as world class which I don't understand personally.

No, he hasn't. In City's title winning season, he was. Before and after, he hasn't been at that kind of level consistently. He's looking really fantastic this season though. He destroyed Everton.

Yep Silva showed great form for about 6 months and has been living off it since. He plays 1 good game in 5 and the hipsters come out saying how great he is whilst ignoring the other 4 games he's been average in.

Makes actual little difference. He doesn't commit forward as much as Asamoah, so he's still a RB despite the formation.
