He doesn't score enough, blows hot and cold and can look uninterested

I don't know anything about him bar him scoring last time out at ER. People seem to be unhappy about the link to him but it would be nice to have another option wouldn't it. I wonder if the need for a winger has been downgraded after the switch in formation? If so, perhaps BM might have more funds for a striker.

afridi...the thing with smith is if you put in quality crosses, he'll get you goals, he needs to improve his holding the ball & bringing others into the game....we still need pace...runners from midfield, wide runners, not knocking the lads performance from yesterday, because they played the system quite well...blackstock in my book has it all to prove...like i said earlier theres no hiding place at ER...
