I think you're bang on

Although I think DDG is one season away from surpassing Cech

Wave of blue outrage incoming....

I'd have begovic on there in top 5. Class keeper that guy. If DDG did ever leave, I'd take him in a heartbeat.

No, Cech is one of the best keepers the Premier League has ever seen. I would argue that Lloris is still ahead of de Gea too...

1) de Gea
2) Cech
3) Lloris
4) Hart
5) Howard

Mignolet has very poor distribution.

DDG has the potential to be better than any of them though.

none of them stand out for me, maybe its the strange flight of the new balls but they all make too many errors to seem above 8/10

De Gea vs Lloris is too close to call for me. And i'd have Begovic over Howard. Apart from that, i'd agree.

Seems fair too. Thought it was very close between the top 3. Lloris is awesome off the line. Sort of like a sweeper.

In all honesty, the top 5 for sure is:

1) De Gea
2) Foster
3) Lindegaard
4) Howard
5) Amos

Neuer is extremely overated. Very good shot stopper but very erratic

Cech should have got more to Aguero's goal today to be fair, he is usually near impenetrable during big games

I really rate De Gea, probably because i love an outstretched foot save, but also because of that match last year. It was one of the 1-0's i think, where him and Cech spent the game pulling off increasingly brilliant saves

almost like you described De Gea?
There is a shortage of top class keepers with the decline of cassilas and Buffon.

posted on 27/10/13

De Gea hasn't been erratic for a while now. He's been pretty assured.

De gea erratic. What utter tosh. He makes very few mistakes nowadays. A lot more assured at crosses, brilliant shot stopper and very good on the ball. Just behind Cech in the prem I think

Interesting no one has Hart in their top 5. Would it have been like that had he not made a horror mistake today?

"Interesting no one has Hart in their top 5. Would it have been like that had he not made a horror mistake today?"

or the previous 5 mistakes he has made and the general lack of confidence he is exuding?

yeh maybe i guess
