....because the contact does not actually constitute a foul. Just then, there was no impediment to the player. The contact made by the defender did not make him fall to the ground. If there is a foul, let the ref decide there is a foul. If he doesn't give it, then its not a foul. Its so wrong for refs (and everyone else) to agree its a pen just because the player throws himself to the ground.

I've heard people say that s should be issued for dives but I think that would make our weak referees more scared to actually make the right call

Pgmol needs to go or at least be made more transparent in their processes
