As an Arsenal fan I would be hopeful if we had a fully fit santi and Coq patrolling our midfield. We are more clinical this season and take our chances but we just cant control games.
Just hope we get Top 4
In fairness, they don't do well away. They won at City but were completely dominated in the first half and could have been 2-3 down on another day

of course you could be right. But there is no point supporting a team if you don't have hope. I am sure inside you want us to win every game and are just worried about jinxing it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wenger and co have drained a lot of hope out of me over the years, same old crap different year pretty much. Of course I hope we win every game, the league etc. I'm a realist or pessimistic twatt, whichever you prefer.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You do have hope, mate, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It's why you keep coming back despite the pessimism; to be proved wrong. However, you also have expectation given our history and I think that's a more than fair enough stance to take given what we've seen, what we know and how nothing is any different now to what it was 3 years ago or 5 years ago or 7 years ago.
Holier than thou supporters are even worse than the doomsdayers.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Aye well its difficult to stay in the middle ground supporting Arsenal. I suppose its a bit easier when you have seen another manager win for Arsenal.
Come on Costa, start a fight.

Comfortable win for Spurs in the end.
We'll start winning games at a rate of knots now we're 5th.

They havent really been great in the big games but what they have done well is to at least win their home games with the exception of the Liverpool game

Sunderland not a disaster in the end, but on the other hand top 4 less certain now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Teams find it hard to get any points against Sunderland, so look at it as a point gained...

They're no Burnley though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
we had 10 men in fairness
(didnt stop City though)
actually now that I think about it, Burnley created feck all against us even with a man advantage
Hate those faacking jammy pr111cks. Hope they will hurry up and collapse. They had no right at all to win today!
Neither Chelsea... A draw would have been a fair result.
no match of the day today?
