People need to forget about talking about talent with Dele. Sterling is far far more talented and is shows at international level

What Dele has is a brain

Sterling will be at this level for all of his career imo. Mostly frustrating with the occasional moment of brilliance. Seen little to convince me he will ever become consistent.

Sterling has been poor. massively regressed since his lfc days. u firget how good he was tbh.

CM is a huge problem, very very average.

I'd shift up Jones or Stones to dm, the flat back three and central two has way too much space between them.

Sterling would be great if he was 100% focused on football. But I suspect he isn't.

Possibly, just a gut feeling he's another Lennon/Wrighr Phillips/Ashley Young.

I want him to do well for England's sake but just can't see it happening.
