I honestly don't get why Southgate is trying to get us to play 3-4-2-1. CB and CM are our two weakest areas by far yet he's trying to get us to play a system that relies on these two areas being rock solid.

Tbf we had 4 'keepers and 7 CBs in the squad, surprised he didn't just go with those.
