Well I would always expect a bigger country such as Germany, Spain, or France to have more talented youngsters in their teams than Slovakia.

Yeah, logic would dictate that, but all too often that's not the way it works at youth level.

Or senior level at that matter. How on earth would a country like Uruguay be better at footy than literally dozens of much larger countries...?
