Sane and Jesus are under 21 and not named.

But a squad of 20 is very small for a team in the CL.
6 injuries isn't massive - not enough to mean you have 3 kids and only 6 in total on the subs bench.

Smaller squads are pretty common these days.

Even Arsenal are cottoning on.

18 is massively below what is required though - the proof is in the pudding!

Arsenal have 6 players injured almost as a guarantee - we have never had to go in with a player short of a full squad.

Burnley have 8 injured - have barely spent a penny... and have a full bench!

You can’t just ignore Jesus and Sane because they are young.

City have 20 senior players which I would wager is probably the same as Barca and Real.

That is a blunder - a mistake. Wenger didn't moan that his squad wasn't big enough after spending as much as City have...

It’s a fact they have a small squad.

It’s also a fact that smaller squads are the norm now.

The other oil money club in the PL also have a small squad. The top two in Spain go for quality over numbers.
