I think City have shown Spurs quite a lot of respect by being so conservative. Pep's been burnt so many times playing so high up in away games in the CL, however, so it's not surprising.

melts, true but you are playing quite conservatively. You aren't getting many forward and playing and pressing deeper. Like I said, it's gone wrong so many times for Pep away from home so I can understand the caution. Hasn't made for a good game, though.

Liverpool just seem to be getting the breaks this year. One of those things. Not sure why we had to Play Monday, when we’re trVelling to Prague Thursday. And then have to get back then travel to Liverpool Sunday.
Meaning pool get 5 days rest. A bit bizarre.

Tbf it is dangerous that backing in thing that Kane does to jumping players. If they land awkward they could have problems. Gusjohnsen use to do it for us

I wouldn’t call that being elbowed as such, he pushed his head down. But yes, I thought the initial challenge, Kane backed into him when he was in the air - you could see him looking, that’s why jenas said it was clever by Kane.
After that, absolutely a foul to spurs.
