To be fair to Joelinton, if I was playing upfront on my own for this Newcastle side, and was as bad at football as he is, I too would struggle to score goals.

All seems to have gone very quiet on the takeover front

When the takeover is passed 99% of this team will be sold with the exception of the goalkeeper.

it would still need to be in line with ffp so they couldnt spend much, unless they do dodgy stuff like city

They will go for free transfers like Silva of PSG and offering a big wage.

Got Sheffield United down to win this 2-0 not seeing much evidence of it yet...mind you I'd take 0-0 and a clean sheet for my 2 ff defenders

I read something yesterday that UEFA is granting a moratorium on FFP regulations for this year because of COVID. Would give the oil clubs and Newcastle the licence to spend what they like if true.

Still think Saint-Maximin has something about him. Would be very interesting to see him play in a team that have the faintest idea how to attack.

With City and Liverpool buying the title, £75m on a centre back??? It is very difficult for the rest of us to complete, who don't try and through money at it.
