Let's be honest, would this team be any worse if they didn't have a manager, and just worked it out between themselves how they were going to play.

Wouldnt go so far but find them a manager that cant handle specific egos and they are flying.

Even with a decent manager, they are still short in terms of quality in important areas, but your right, they would be much improved team with a top coach at their club.
Thankfully, it looks like the owners are determined to stick with the Norwegian.
