Reading through comments some serious wums or lack of understanding of the game. Pen? Whats alisson meant to do? guy hit the ball at him then jumped into him, surely contact with the player comes first but that contacts initiated by one person only and it aint Alisson. Alisson comes out stops, falls on the ground hes holding and the VR player takes a poor touch and leap into him, both he and then the ball hit the gk in quick succession.
Trent getting stick for the goal, whats he meant to do? hes tracked a runner and then as hes passed it off onto the cb and getting ready to def the balls already coming in and the next attackers got the run on him on a lofted ball only one winner really. To blame him just shows the unfair stick he gets really.
I was more annoyed with us letting the cross come in like the first goal, Robbo tried block the first but got sold by it as it never came, and he wasnt backed up no hunger to help him out from anyone summed up the first half really.
Then saw people having a go at VR for not having the same intensity as first half. Like its easy to keep that up fml.
And if the 2nd attacker coquelin couldnt get to it they had another behind him, dno how it was 3vs 1 back post untilt he first made a run across konate but certainly not trents fault imo. Nowhere near as bad as Robbo for the first, and robbo was sold for the 2nd, yet trent got the blame

That first paragraph was a good lol and very heavily biased. Alisson couldn’t do anything but GLC was at fault .
I reckon had it been called the other way they wouldn’t have overturned it. I don’t know the exact rules but I’ve always felt if you got man first then ball then it’s a foul, I think Alisson just about did that but it wasn’t particularly clear.

Reading through comments some serious wums or lack of understanding of the game. Pen? Whats alisson meant to do? guy hit the ball at him then jumped into him, surely contact with the player comes first but that contacts initiated by one person only and it aint Alisson. Alisson comes out stops, falls on the ground hes holding and the VR player takes a poor touch and leap into him, both he and then the ball hit the gk in quick succession.
Trent getting stick for the goal, whats he meant to do? hes tracked a runner and then as hes passed it off onto the cb and getting ready to def the balls already coming in and the next attackers got the run on him on a lofted ball only one winner really. To blame him just shows the unfair stick he gets really.
I was more annoyed with us letting the cross come in like the first goal, Robbo tried block the first but got sold by it as it never came, and he wasnt backed up no hunger to help him out from anyone summed up the first half really.
Then saw people having a go at VR for not having the same intensity as first half. Like its easy to keep that upfml.

That first paragraph was a good lol and very heavily biased. Alisson couldn’t do anything but GLC was at fault .
I reckon had it been called the other way they wouldn’t have overturned it. I don’t know the exact rules but I’ve always felt if you got man first then ball then it’s a foul, I think Alisson just about did that but it wasn’t particularly clear.
