I don't see any sense in sacking the manager every other year with the consequence that a new manager wants tor bring in his own players.

And if you keep letting a manager that isn’t good enough buy loads more average players it means you need to make even bigger changes.

We end this season being 5th. Tnat alone is progess in contrast to the season before.

What I meant with progress is that we had ups and downs this season and built a squad with young promising players. Yes it's bitter we throw away the 4th place in the end but that was expected with such a young team and injuries that cost us really.

Yeah but bringing on a keeper for a shoot out who is a specialist at penalties who doesn't save 10 attempts and then sticks his own penalty in the Thames was, and I can't stress this enough, one of my favourite moments in football ever.

We have a thin squad that leads to our misery in the end. The players he brought in werent bad.

Tomiyasu, Ramsdale, White and before that Gabriel have been good. Lokonga is a young guy with perspective. Tavares we will see.
