Lukaku is only 21, just because he was £28m people expect world class performances.

Think he will prove a quality player for Everton over the next few years

Tough call that. At this point Arsenal don't have time to develop Lukaku in the first time for 2-3 seasons and wait for him to mature, but for Everton I think he will prove worth the money.
