the naazi looking Frenchy lets in a goal
Games have gone pretty much as expected tonight.
And Mathieu just proves my point. Ponderous, slow, clumsy caant. Reminds me of Madrid signing Gravesen.

as if you would have predict a Porto victory

Apparently, when RM were scouting for a DM, they actually picked out Gravesen by mistake. It was Lee Carsley they had planned to sign. Clearly Gravesen was never a DM.

Such a shame Luis Suarez's on field behaviour has overshadowed his actual footballing ability. The guy is sheer determination, guts and for all his faults a genius with ball at feet.

Yeah, everyone expected PSG to lose at home after feck knows how many games.
thats the old Barca. The oppo don't touch the ball after they concede.
The pace of passing is amazing

Sorry for L'pool, but they are not going to stumble upon a gem like Suarez for a long time. Sturridge has looked ordinary without him.
----------------------------------------
The thing with Sturridge is he can't lead an attack alone hence why liverpool have been forced to pair Sterling next to him of which that's not sterling a best position. Sturridge doesn't exactly defend aswell as some will have u believe. The bulk of the work is shared by Sterling and Coutinho.
either way it will be fair to see what he does next season before we judge him too early.
Don't see this kind of football in the premier league.
Enrique might actually get some credit tonight from the Catalan media who are usually quick to crucify him and pick up on disenchantment in the dressing room. He's done very well in his first season.
Even mascherano gets involved in one twos

Imagine this team with the Xavi/Iniesta of 4-5 years ago, real shame.
Xavi has been fantastic since he came in.
DJ mate? I know you are always right.
