Arteta was also very good. Again I think we showed we struggle against teams playing fast football who press well(Saints, Swansea, Arsenal).

I didn't expect Arsenal to dominate the way they did today tbh. Suarez missed some very good chances which on any other day he would have easily converted. Could the disallowed L'pool goal have made things more interesting? Possibly.

Happy to; Arsenal controlled the game superbly today, passed excellent and we're very solid in central defence. A deserved victory.

Arteta was good, as was Ramsey, but I liked the performance of Cazorla. Well, maybe like is too much but certainly admired.

I said it on the match thread but i'm really beginning to despise cazorla he always seems to have an excellent game against us. There's always one like that Arshavin.

Hardly had a sniff op. Sorry did t hendo hsve two decent site at goal? The dissallowed goal was annoying but suarez misses where equally annoying. I dont think kos had such a great game when you think sturridge had him once on his seat of his pants and suarez had two very good sight on goal.

On the other hand i thought sagna and carzola were good for arsenal. Arsenal deserved their win but we still created some openings despite nit being a the races today

The "disallowed" goal was a nothing moment, defenders and sczez had all stopped moving as the whistle had gone, the ball would have been cleared otherwise

Yes and no. The arsenal players certainly weren't in 'game mode' so I wouldn't say it was a disallowed goal, however Liverpool should have been given the opportunity to make something of the quick free kick.

I'm sure if it had been the other way around you'd have been disappointed the ref didn't allow the fouled against team the chance to attack rather than halting the game for a booking that could have been made at any time.

it wasn't to do with the early goal, more Rodgers useless tactics which just let us play at our own speed and a lot of the pools players lack of understanding the offside rule

Maybe if you read the article it says hardly had a sniff after they went 2-0 up . As for the Henderson chance it was wasted mainly due to him being so surprised at just being almost 1 on 1 vs Chezny.
They effectively killed the game off very well and got the first goal at the worst time for us.

Heard so many people call that a disallowed goal and that's just ridiculous. At best, it was a disallowed advantage or disallowed quick free kick. That's a million miles from a "disallowed goal".

True, wasn't a disallowed goal but you'd have to surely admit that at the very least it was a promising situation? A situation Liverpool should have had the opportunity to exploit. Not saying they would have scored however.

Classy l'pool fan. Massive respect for LFC, still a huge club on the up. Didn't think you were that poor, we just found an extra gear. Gd luck for the rest of the season.

lads....arsenal are class and deserved the win but their luck is just in aswell....

Second this comment. The main difference was the midfield. All our midfielders were above your's. Rosicky, Arteta, Cazorla were immense and both of our CB's were solid. Sagna had a very good game as well.

Still the PL League this year is very tight at the top. I hope that Liverpool will be there for the top four. Big clubs belong there.
