Every side has parked the bus apart from everton who didnt exactly go all guns blazing and arsenal who second half had 6 defenders playing!

mate watch us, we get the ball then we pass it about as they reverse their bus into the correct spot, then we go over and check to make sure the bus is in the right spot then we try a pass through the bus that rebounds off it. We invite the bus parking

Suppose Messiah just suppose that we've already hit top form and it won't get better. We put 4 past Villa and now even in the Capital our goals dried up a bit. Our scoring dries up in the second half in the EL where we score more away then we do at home which is not a good sign. We win by fortunate penalties too.

There has been some good football but not often enough and a one striker role has never suited Spurs. We can throw money at the problem but that doesn't always work.

I suppose when we buy 7 new players one or two just won't click.

Been saying this for weeks on here.

And perhaps it might be worth trying a different tactic at home against a team who do set up to defend at all costs.

Perhaps take the risk of reducing our defenders by one and adding Holtby and Eriksen on the pitch at the same time to try to double our creativity.

It must be better to score 4 and leak 2 or 3. An exciting game and 3 points.

All this concentrating on keeping a clean sheet rather than trying to score more is rubbish.

Ridiculous! I was reading the Redknapp book and one thing he mentioned is how it baffles him how managers that get keep clean sheets are considered tactical geniuses but those that get their team scoring loads are considered gung-ho and tactically naive. It's a load of rubbish. He said anyone can set up to conserve. It's a lot harder going the other way.

Let's face it, If you set up with 4 at the back and 2 holding you're always going to score less but rarely concede. The only way that formation can work is with a lot of hard work and movement. The problem is we're a team perfectly moulded to counter attack with the speed we have, yet we don't.

I'm not convinced by AVB, never have been, never will be. He's been here for a season and a half now so I'm entitled to have my opinion.

Fridgeboy if you are not happy with AVB and we are currently sitting in 4th spot are you suggesting that we should be higher in the league?

Also if your not happy with AVB who do you think should be in charge?
