This is why I think it's all feckin' shambles. In 2010, Sneijder won the treble and got to a WC final but wasn't given the trophy, Messi won it.

Now they are most likely going to give it to Ribery under the same premise that Sneijder had.

I know there's no 'conspiracy', but the rules change for Ronaldo all the time. It's such a shame, because in 50 years time when we're all old fecks and the new youth enjoy football, they'll be talking like Messi was the greatest and Ronaldo was just some other footballer.
