Decent player. He's more of a winger for Southampton, mainly RW. So not what we need. I wouldn't say he's quite good enough for arsenal yet.
I would like to leave Southampton alone personally.
If they can keep their squad together for a couple of seasons, I can see Pochettino building a team to rival Spurs/Liverpool and push for top 4/top 5. It helps Arsenal to have more teams like Southampton taking points off our rivals.

You are right, I was wrong to mention Liverpool (chronically finishing in 7th place). I should have said Spurs/Arsenal.
I think we all know that when Suarez flies the roost Liverpool are back to being a solidly unspectacular team.
